Richie Singh has spent the better part of two decades in growth marketing, advanced analytics and digital transformation. He specializes in building high performance in-house media, lifecycle marketing, CRO and marketing analytics teams.

As Vice President at Initiative Media (part of IPG), a top 10 marketing agency in North America, he was fortunate to be at the forefront of digital transformation of marketing and the advent of big-data. He counseled numerous Fortune 500 and hyper-growth brands on measurement and optimization of their marketing programs. Subsequently, Richie helped turn-around and scale Dermstore.com, a prestige beauty subsidiary of Target. Richie’s recent focus has been in the emerging area of direct to consumer streaming. He has built and led growth marketing functions at Sony Picture’s D2C division and anime streamer and distributor Funimation Studios, as well as advising numerous start-ups.

Richie holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio and has completed PhD level coursework in Econometrics at The George Washington University, DC. Currently, Richie lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two young children. His current areas of interest are digital transformation, application of artificial intelligence, and acing story-time with his kids.
